Who is who

Trịnh Lê Minh An is a referral partner for SPX Express. He is not an SPX employee, not an agent authorised to sign contracts on SPX's behalf, and not a carrier.

When a shop registers, the shipping contract is between the shop and SPX Express Co. Ltd. An introduces you, walks you through the paperwork and helps with communication.

What An is responsible for

• Walking you correctly through account opening and order creation.
• Telling you accurately which programme currently applies - or saying plainly that he is not sure.
• Calling back when you leave your number, during working hours.
• Helping reconcile when COD figures disagree, and dealing with SPX on your behalf.
• Handling your information according to the written policy.

What An is NOT responsible for

• The final rate. Set by SPX. An does not set rates and adds nothing on top. For shops with qualifying volume he can submit a proposal for a VIP rate to his upline - but approval is SPX's decision. He does not promise on their behalf and is not responsible if a proposal is declined.
• Delivery times. Dependent on the SPX network, weather and holiday peaks.
• Damaged, lost or misdelivered goods. Handled under SPX's compensation policy. He helps push the case but does not decide the payout.
• When COD lands. On SPX's reconciliation cycle.
• Programme changes. SPX changes offers monthly and may end one early if the budget runs out. This is exactly why this site copies no figures and links the original documents instead.
• A shop being rejected or suspended for not meeting SPX's conditions or for breaching their rules.

About the figures and images on this site

No rate table or promotional figure is hard-coded into this site, deliberately. The reason is simple: SPX updates monthly, a number hand-copied today is a wrong number thirty days from now, and a wrong number is worse than no number.

The offers section on the home page shows SPX's current published images and links to the original documents. To be certain, open the original link or call and ask.

SPX Express logos and imagery belong to SPX Express and are used by permission to promote the service. If SPX asks for that to stop, it stops.

Commission - stated plainly

An earns commission from SPX when a shop registers through him. Your rates do not change because of it - the commission is what SPX pays the referral channel, not something added to the shop's freight cost.

It is stated because it explains the motive: he has a very real reason to keep your shop shipping for years rather than disappearing after the signature.

Other services

Services beyond shipping (business registration, accounting, livestream setup, web builds, HR) are provided by Vui Cười Lên and partner IAI Partner, quoted and contracted separately. They are not part of the SPX shipping service.
