How shipre.vn collects, uses and handles your contact information.

This page states what shipre.vn collects, what it is used for, and what you can ask for. Short, no fine print.

What shipre.vn is, and is not

shipre.vn is the site of Trịnh Lê Minh An, a partner of shipping carriers, currently focused on SPX Express. It is not an official SPX Express site.

The shipping contract, rates, compensation policy and the actual delivery are between your shop and SPX Express. An introduces you, walks you through the paperwork and helps when something goes wrong.

What is collected

  • Required: name and phone number. Without those two, nobody can call you back.
  • Optional: shop name, pickup address, monthly order volume, any question you add.
  • Automatic: where you arrived from (utm, referrer), device type, and a hash derived from your IP address. The hash is stored, not the raw IP.

What it is used for

  • Calling or messaging you back about shipping registration.
  • Opening the account and selecting a programme with SPX Express. This does pass your name, phone number and shop details to SPX, because the account cannot be opened otherwise.
  • Support once you are shipping: COD reconciliation, handling problem orders.

Your phone number is never sold, rented or traded to anyone else, and is never used to run third-party advertising.

Where it is stored, and for how long

Data sits in a Cloudflare database (D1) administered by An. New-lead notifications go to a private Telegram channel of his.

Leads that do not become customers are kept for 24 months and then deleted. Leads that became customers are kept for the retention period of the service record. Want it gone sooner, message An and it goes.

Your rights

  • Ask what information is held about you.
  • Ask for incorrect information to be corrected.
  • Ask for deletion. Done within 7 working days, with a message back when it is done.
  • Ask to stop being contacted. That stops immediately, no explanation needed.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no tracking cookies, embeds no advertising pixels and carries no Google Analytics. If that ever changes, this page gets updated first - nothing is added quietly.
